RUISHUO METAL · SINCE 2008
Choose the right structure for your PCB and assembly requirements.
Ruishuo Metal is an EMI shielding can manufacturer supporting material selection, tooling, forming and inspection.
PRODUCT CENTER
MATERIALS & ENGINEERING
Material, geometry and joining method work together.
Define them as one manufacturing specification.

NICKEL SILVER
Specify the grade, thickness and condition alongside the forming and joining requirements. A nickel silver shielding can should be evaluated with its PCB interface and assembly process.

TINPLATE
For tin-coated steel shields, include thickness, coating and appearance requirements in the drawing. Review forming and the intended joining process together.

STAINLESS STEEL
The forming process, joining method and surface requirements depend on the specified stainless steel grade and condition. Confirm the combination through the drawing and sample review.

ALUMINUM ALLOY
Define the alloy grade and thickness first. Then review how the shield will be formed, attached and finished within the assembly.

ZINC ALLOY
Specify the alloy grade and part geometry before discussing the forming route, connection and surface finish. The agreed drawing and sample define the manufacturing requirements.

PHOSPHOR BRONZE
For spring clips and contact parts, review thickness, material condition, working position and mating dimensions together. Define the finish and inspection requirements for the intended assembly.

ABOUT RUISHUO
Established in 2008, Shenzhen Ruishuo Hardware Co., Ltd. manufactures EMI shielding cans and precision stamped metal components.
Drawing review, tool development, forming, inspection and packaging are connected parts of the same project. Our engineering and workshop teams work from the agreed requirements.
APPLICATIONS

Plan the shielding boundary around the module layout and assembly requirements.

Review enclosure height, connection and access within the available board space.

Define the module drawing, operating conditions and project validation requirements.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Send the drawing, application, material requirements and sample or production quantities.
Discuss manufacturability, the forming route, assembly interfaces and critical dimensions.
Standard samples: 3–5 days. Expedited sampling: 48 hours. Tooling and sample production: 7–10 days. Sample fees apply; volume production and delivery are scheduled separately.
After sample approval, confirm the drawing revision, inspection requirements and packaging for production.
QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
Quality and environmental management system certificates and material test reports are available for review. Check each document's scope against your project requirements.

A shield needs more than the right outline. Its formed geometry, assembly interfaces and inspection requirements should guide the die design from the start.

Overall factory tooling output.
Project scope and schedules are agreed individually.
Tooling and sample production: 7–10 days. This covers the sample stage; mass-production delivery is agreed separately.
