What is sent when you submit
When you select Send Inquiry, the contact form sends your name, company, email and the project details you provide to this website's contact system. Submitted inquiry details are stored in our website CMS and forwarded to company-designated email inboxes for the Ruishuo Metal team to review and respond.
The form includes your selected product or structure, quantities, schedule, material and finish, project requirements and any drawing file names you choose to list. Include the information needed for the inquiry.
Drawing files are sent separately
The file selector sends only the selected file names. It does not read or upload the contents of drawings, models or other attachments. Please email the actual files separately to chinarswj@shieldingcover.com or agree on a transfer method with your contact.
Discuss the NDA and information scope before sharing confidential design material. Selecting a file in this form does not transfer the file itself.
Read the submission status
A success message confirms that the website has accepted your inquiry. Our team will review the submitted details. Drawing files are not included and must be sent separately.
If the form reports an error, no successful receipt has been confirmed. For a timeout or connection error, contact us before resending, since the browser may be unable to confirm the result. Direct email, phone and WhatsApp contacts remain available on the contact page.

For questions about an inquiry or to request a correction to information you submitted, email chinarswj@shieldingcover.com and identify the project and contact email used.
