A custom design starts with the application and assembly conditions. Describe what the shield covers, how it mounts, whether it needs to open and which dimensions are critical, together with the material and manufacturing requirements.
Ruishuo Metal provides support with structure, material selection, tooling and manufacturing. We accept STEP/STP, DWG/DXF and PDF drawings and can discuss measurement and design review from physical samples.

You can start with the information already available. Clearly separate fixed requirements from design choices that remain open for discussion.

Paid samples and sample-stage timelines
Sample fees apply. Choose the sample process around the tasks you need to validate; pricing and scope are agreed with the sample plan. Samples made by different processes should be assessed against their intended validation purpose.
Standard samples take 3–5 days, expedited sampling takes 48 hours, and tooling and sample production take 7–10 days. These timings cover the sample stage and exclude volume production and delivery. The plan is confirmed once the design information and sample method are agreed.

Release an agreed revision for production
After validating the structure, fit and agreed sample tasks, finalize tooling, critical dimensions, inspection and packaging. Drawings, samples and orders should use consistent revision identifiers.
NDA arrangements can be discussed before exchanging customer design information. Volume production and delivery follow the confirmed order plan; material or design changes require a review of the affected requirements.
