Custom manufacturing from Shenzhen
Ruishuo Metal was founded in 2008. Based in Yanluo, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, the company manufactures shielding cans and precision metal stampings.
The product range includes single enclosures, frames with removable lids, multi-cavity structures, spring clips and mounting components. Structures, materials and manufacturing routes are assessed against customer drawings and assembly requirements.

Starting with drawings or physical samples, Ruishuo Metal supports material selection, structure, tooling and manufacturing decisions. Processes include precision stamping and deep drawing, with finish and inspection requirements agreed for the project.

Agree on the scope before production
Sample fees apply. Standard samples take 3–5 days, expedited sampling 48 hours, and tooling and sample production 7–10 days. These sample-stage timings exclude volume production and delivery. Production and delivery plans follow the confirmed order conditions.
We accept common 2D and 3D drawing formats and can discuss NDA arrangements for customer design information. Before quoting, define the quantity, material, finish, inspection and packaging so the quotation covers the intended scope.
